Muhammad Irfan bin Suhaimi, is a Research Assistant undergoing an MPhil programme under Dr. Natrah Kamaruzaman starting from the 20222023/1 session. He was chosen to be appointed under the research grant from Micron Technology Inc. entitled “Development of Novel Microchannel Heat Sink for High Power Density Device Cooling” after completing his undergraduate studies.
